(1) Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.
(2) Intellectual property rights Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.
(3) Licence to use website You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website, provided that: (a) you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system; (b) you must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit our website or material on our website for a commercial purpose, without our express written consent; (c) you must not edit or otherwise modify any material on the website.
(4) Cancellation Policy
By Customer(Customer is person placing order for picnic(s) irrespective if they are ordered as a gift for another person)
Orders for picnics to be delivered at an event or collected by Customer may only be cancelled by Customer within 48 hours of placing an order. Not withstanding the foregoing, if an order is received within 48 hours of the planned time for the event, the Customer may not cancel the order.
Once an order is received the picnics will be delivered to the location of the event for collection at the stated time irrespective or weather conditions or cancellation of event by event organiser.
In the event that a written request for a cancellation is received within the relevant period, a refund of the value of the picnics only (subject to any costs already incurred by Just Picnics Limited) will be made to the card from which payment was received. Under no circumstances will Handling Charges be refunded for orders cancelled by Customer.

Just Picnics Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders at any time with 48 hours notice to Customer. Just Picnics will contact Customer at any of the addresses(including Email and telephone - leaving voice message where appropriate) recorded at time of order and provide a refund of total amount paid at time of order including Handling Charges.
All requests for cancellation must be by email to cancellations@justpicnics.co.uk and must include the confirmation number(s) provided at the time of order. Acceptance of cancellation for any other reason is at the sole discretion of Directors of Just Picnics Limited.
(5) Limitations of liability The information on this website is provided free-of-charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we not commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill).
